Our story

Founded in November 2020 and officially chartered with the Democratic Black Caucus of Florida in February 2021, the Democratic Black Caucus of St. Johns County was created to amplify the voice of Black Democrats, strengthen our presence in the political process, and inspire civic participation, representation, and community engagement across our county. 

Our Values

    Supporting awareness of programs that help seniors maintain stability, dignity, and independence.

Our Initiatives

These initiatives focus on education, awareness, and community connection:

  • Voter Registration Support
    Sharing information and resources to help individuals understand how and where to register to vote.

  • Voter Outreach
    Connecting with community members to share accurate information and encourage civic participation.

  • Voter Education
    Providing nonpartisan educational resources about the voting process, key dates, and civic responsibilities.

  • Community Events
    Hosting gatherings, forums, and activities that bring people together and strengthen community ties.
